Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Reactra Bot ("the Bot", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Service Description

Reactra Bot is a Telegram-based gaming platform hosting "Fastest Finger" competitions. The Service operates within designated arena groups where users compete for scores and rankings. Key features include automated game sessions, real-time leaderboards, a tiered arena system, and a virtual economy powered by "Reactra Coins" (RC).

Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have a valid Telegram account
• Provide accurate registration information when prompted
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

User Accounts and Registration

Account creation occurs via the /start command. You agree to provide:

• A unique nickname (3-10 alphanumeric characters) for identification
• Accurate date of birth (encrypted for privacy) for age verification
• Optional gender information for profile personalization

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Telegram account.

Reactra Coins (RC)

Arena System and Rating

The Bot categorizes players into three skill-based arenas using an automated rating system:

• Novice Arena: For beginners and new players.
• Pro Arena: For intermediate players with established ratings.
• Master Arena: For the highest-rated elite players.

Your rating fluctuates based on game performance (wins/losses). We reserve the right to adjust rating algorithms or arena thresholds to maintain competitive balance.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use scripts, bots, auto-clickers, or macro software to play games
• Create multiple accounts (smurfing) to manipulate leaderboards or farm rewards
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Abuse the referral system with fake accounts
• Harass, threaten, or spam other users in arena groups
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Bot's code or protocols

Anti-Cheat and Enforcement

We employ automated fraud detection systems to monitor reaction times and gameplay patterns. If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to:
• Reset your Rating or RC balance
• Suspend your access to specific arenas
• Permanently ban your account from the Service
Decisions made by our anti-cheat system and moderation team are final.

Intellectual Property

All content, including game mechanics, text, graphics, and code, is the property of Reactra Bot and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. We are not responsible for network latency that may affect gameplay performance.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Bot operators reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the Bot. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
